During several sessions I attended at AWS re:Invent 2023, there was an introduction to PartyRock. PartyRock is a playground powered by Amazon Bedrock, providing a space where you can build AI-generated apps and learn about generative AI.

In this post, I've actually tried to create PartyRock App, so I'll introduce it.

I like to work out and often go to the gym. It's a hassle to think of a training program every time I go, so I'm going to make an app to have a training program created for me.

Let's see if it works.

Here is a suggested chest workout for today:

Warm Up:
- 5 minutes on treadmill or stationary bike
- Arm circles, shoulder rolls, chest stretches

Chest Exercises:
- Barbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 8-10 reps
- Incline Dumbbell Bench Press - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Chest Fly Machine - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
- Push Ups - 3 sets to failure

Accessory Exercises:
- Overhead Tricep Extensions - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Dumbbell Pullovers - 3 sets of 12-15 reps
- Cable Crossovers - 3 sets of 15-20 reps

Cool Down:
- Light cardio for 5-10 minutes
- Chest and shoulder stretches

Focus on controlled movements, full range of motion, and squeezing the chest muscles on each rep. Take 1-2 minute breaks between sets. Increase weight if sets become too easy. This workout hits the chest from multiple angles to fully work the pecs. The accessory exercises target the triceps for additional chest work. Let me know if you would like me to modify or adjust this workout in any way!

I don't need Warm up and Cool down, so I tried to edit prompt.

It works.

Here is a suggested chest workout for today without warm up and cool down:

- Bench Press - 3 sets of 8-10 reps
- Incline Dumbbell Press - 3 sets of 8-10 reps
- Chest Flys - 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Push Ups - 3 sets to failure
- Dips - 3 sets to failure

For chest day, the main exercises to target are bench presses, push ups, chest flys, and dips to work the pectoral muscles. I've included a mix of barbell, dumbbell, and bodyweight moves.

Since you specified no warm up or cool down, make sure to do some light cardio beforehand to get the blood flowing, and stretch the chest afterwards. Also, start with lighter weights to ease into the workout before going heavier. Listen to your body and don't overdo it without proper warm up and cool down. Make sure to stay hydrated as well.

Let me know if you would like me to modify the workout in any way to better suit your goals or fitness level. I can provide alternatives, adjust volume and intensity, or add/remove exercises as needed. The most important thing is to train safely and effectively.

We can see that the response is a little different when we change the model.

Here is a suggested chest workout program for today without warm up and cool down:

Chest Day Workout:

Barbell Bench Press:
- 3 sets of 8-10 reps
- Focus on lowering the bar to your chest and pressing all the way back up.

Incline Dumbbell Press:
- 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Press dumbbells up towards the ceiling.

Cable Flys:
- 3 sets of 12-15 reps
- Stand with cables at chest level and bring hands together in a fly motion.

Push Ups:
- 3 sets to failure
- Standard push up position, lower chest all the way to the floor and press back up.

Dips:
- 3 sets of 10-12 reps
- Using dip bars or a bench, lower body below parallel and push back up.

That covers a variety of chest exercises targeting the pecs from different angles without any warm up or cool down time. Adjust weights as needed for the prescribed rep ranges. Make sure to stretch afterwards even if not included as part of the program. Let me know if you need any modifications to the workout.

Conclusion

I tried creating an app using PartyRock with Generative AI. I believe that learning prompt engineering is necessary, but you can see how easily an app is created. A limited-time free trial is available, so please give it a try.

Furthermore, If you would like to see it on video, you can also find it on the AWS Developers channel on YouTube.
